Originally from the suburbs of Washington, DC, Cahni relocated to Florida in 2002, commencing a career with a prominent financial institution. Over the years, she navigated through diverse roles including investigator, trainer, coach, and analyst. However, despite her professional success, Cahni grappled with dissatisfaction and sought avenues for personal healing.

Exploring various therapeutic approaches without success, Cahni's interest in hypnotherapy was piqued after reading compelling testimonials online. Motivated by a desire for personal transformation, she not only underwent hypnotherapy sessions but also pursued certification as a Hypnotherapist. Her quest led her to The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, Florida's sole state-licensed hypnotherapy school, where she underwent rigorous training encompassing over 700 hours of instruction, along with continuous pursuit of Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).

Drawing from her extensive training, Cahni specializes in advanced techniques and modalities including Past Life Regression Therapy, Hypnotic Programming, Modified Gestalt (Parts Therapy), Advanced Regression Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Techniques (NLP), and more. Additionally, she holds the distinction of being a Medicine Woman (Full Mesa Carrier Shaman) trained in the Incan Peruvian lineage of the Q'ero. Guided by spirit, Cahni conducts Shamanic Illumination Healing Sessions, offering remote as well as in-person sessions covering various aspects like Chakra Balancing, Energy Clearing, Soul Retrieval, and Ancestral Healing, among others.

In her role as a seasoned paranormal investigator, Cahni has been featured in a series on Amazon Prime, C'Tonga:  Bigfoot, Spirits and Faith, Paranormal Revenge on CTV (coming to the US soon) and "Ghostatic" on Paraflixx. She specializes in Shamanic house clearings, blessings, and employs techniques such as spirit release therapy (SRT) and compassionate depossession to aid clients and spirits alike. Utilizing remote viewing, Cahni provides assistance to clients from a distance and has successfully utilized hypnotherapy and spiritual counseling to facilitate healing from traumatic paranormal events.
