Holding On To Anger

Getting angry is normal. There are times when we SHOULD feel angry. Managing the anger, and not holding onto it are crucial for our health. Holding onto anger only hurts you. It's like holding a hot burning coal to your chest. There are ways to release it, to find closure, to find acceptance and to move on. Forgiving yourself is important - you don't need to hold on to something negative. Find the time to take care of yourself, to listen to your heart, and to heal. Find what works for you. <3
